This is to simulate a ally dodge and move the ball back side. This gets two looks with a crease cut or a backside if the ball is moved one more. Balls will be up top and down low in that corner.

Face-Off L
Men's Lacrosse|Half-Field
This is what Falmouth runs in there fast break. There whole goal is to create a box to spread the three defenseman out quickly with a lot of looks just from one sprint down the field. The Attack Men who goes up high meeting the face-off guy high in the restraining box is there as an outlet because that’s where the first defense slide will come from. If there’s no slide or just a look I can take it to the hole, dish it off to one of the lowk attack men, rip a shot, but most likely just get a touch bring it back and be in yellow. This is something I would like to try and could be beneficial I hope

Three person weave from high. ball starts in the middle, is passed to offensive player either right or left adjacent to the ball. passer cuts underneath their pass, creating a moving pick through the ball to open up the middle lane (if the option is there -take it). Then the opposite high attacker will show for a pass, pass is sent, and passer cuts under for a moving pick, opening up the middle lane for a drive. OFF BALL- low players are staying active in pairs, switching spots and keeping defenders occupied, once the first passer clears through, they can pinch low and join low attack and occupy defenders, making space for the drive

5 vs 5. Coach throws ball out to one side. The player opposite of the ball carrier has to run around ball carriers cone as a trailer. Starts off as 5 vs 4. After a goal or turnover it becomes a 5 vs 5 the other way.

This drill can be done with groups of 4 or 3 as well.

Shooting drill that simulates the actions of pass-down, pick-down 2-man game. Start with a line with the balls located top-center-right and another line on the right wing. Mirror this setup on the left side. The top line will pass down to the wing, get depth and return to set a screen. Meanwhile, the wing man will ‘drift’ to get into a good dodging location to work from the screen. In this variation, the dodger works over the pick and feeds to rolling screen man who finishes with a shot.

This is a drill I've done in previous seasons. It's a good uneven drill.
