When you reach a cone, you are going to sich hands and cradle with the other hand until you reach the next cone. Do this until you reach the end of the cones and shoot the ball at the net.

Simulating transition or sliding help defense. Defender has to approach ball carried in a controlled manner to keep them from scoring (push below GLE). Offense has a lane to go to goal but needs to evade the defender to shoot.

helps defense with shape and sliding, helps offense learn how to shift/position in man up, starts with a drive downfield from offense (helps with transition) to the box, driver will then pick a side and that player moves to center then opposite of ball. girl in middle now cuts and will always stay opposite to ball! works for either side!
