helps defense with shape and sliding, helps offense learn how to shift/position in man up, starts with a drive downfield from offense (helps with transition) to the box, driver will then pick a side and that player moves to center then opposite of ball. girl in middle now cuts and will always stay opposite to ball! works for either side!

Men's Lacrosse|Half-Field
Primary Formation: 1-4-1 (One top, four across the middle, one behind).
Phase 1: The Setup
Alignment: The four middle players form a horizontal line across the field.Personnel: This formation places a heavy concentration of players in the "belly" of the defense to create a screen-heavy environment.Phase 2: The Initiation (The "Slam")
The Trigger: The top player initiates a dodge directly toward the goal. The Physical Action: As the dodger moves, the middle players "slam" into their defenders. The Interaction: These middle players may also set picks for each other, creating a chaotic "Belly" of movement that is difficult for defenders to track.Phase 3: The Goal
The Opening: The slamming/screening action typically results in a wide-open cutter breaking right in front of the crease. The Scoring Chance: The goal is to use physical positioning and screens to create a high-percentage interior scoring chance.

Three person weave from high. ball starts in the middle, is passed to offensive player either right or left adjacent to the ball. passer cuts underneath their pass, creating a moving pick through the ball to open up the middle lane (if the option is there -take it). Then the opposite high attacker will show for a pass, pass is sent, and passer cuts under for a moving pick, opening up the middle lane for a drive. OFF BALL- low players are staying active in pairs, switching spots and keeping defenders occupied, once the first passer clears through, they can pinch low and join low attack and occupy defenders, making space for the drive

1v1 starts with a GB. Defender needs to close the gap and keep offense from scoring. O needs to keep head up and find their best avenue to score.
