Men's Lacrosse|Drill
This is a full field clearing drill that works on outlets from Goalies, rollbacks when "pressured" from above, across field redirects, pushing upfield with a guy in front "Headman guy", finding the wing attackman after the clear, and pushing through X. It also helps one Goalie work on long pass clears from behind the goal/GLE to a breaking out player.

Players rotate to the line they threw too (except goalie line).

Players get to work on both hands catching and throwing.

Men's Lacrosse|Drill
Simulating transition or sliding help defense. Defender has to approach ball carried in a controlled manner to keep them from scoring (push below GLE). Offense has a lane to go to goal but needs to evade the defender to shoot.

Women's Lacrosse|Drill
helps defense with shape and sliding, helps offense learn how to shift/position in man up, starts with a drive downfield from offense (helps with transition) to the box, driver will then pick a side and that player moves to center then opposite of ball. girl in middle now cuts and will always stay opposite to ball! works for either side!
